Smart QR is a QR payment platform that connects Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in an interoperable network to facilitate digital payments for merchants and customers.

No. Smart QR is not a wallet. It is a payment solution application exclusively designed for the merchants that can accept payments from any members in Smart QR network through a single Smart QR Code.

With Smart QR, merchants can receive payments from customers using one single Smart QR Code that can accept payments from multiple banks and wallet applications.

Anyone with a business that has a valid Citizenship or Registered Business under Local Law can use Smart QR to accept payments from customers using Smart QR Code.

 

With Smart QR, merchants can get benefitted through the following features:
a. Free Registration
b. Scan and share your QR to receive the payments
c. Transfer funds to Bank account directly
d. Transfer funds to wallet
e. Perform Refunds and Void transaction

Smart QR is absolutely Free. There is no charge for registrations.

 

Download Smart QR application from PlayStore/AppStore from and follow the steps as required to become a Smart QR Merchant.

 

Your Login password is your unique password used for authentication during the login process. The password must contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 special character, at least 1 digit, password length with 8 to 15 characters.

YES. You can view your transaction history through the “History” menu in the Smart QR application itself. Also, the Refund and Void transaction history can also be viewed under the same menu. Additionally, the transaction history can also be downloaded in pdf format.

Merchants as well as customers will be notified with a transaction alert once the payment is processed and successful.

Yes. Merchant will be rewarded with 100 Loyalty points immediately after Activation. Also, for every sucessful transaction, the merchant will get 5 Loyalty Points.

Merchants can contact their respective Smart QR Members to update their mobile number.

Yes. Smart QR allows two numbes to be registered per merchant. One as a registered number and another as a secondary number.

Yes. Merchant can download Smart QR Code from "My Code" menu by logging in to Smart QR application.

Merchants need to contact their respective Smart QR Members for the delivery of Smart QR Merchant Standee.

Merchants can initiate "Refund" option and enter the amount for partial repayment after logging in to Smart QR merchant application.

Merchants can initiate "Void" option and provide full repayment of the transaction to customer by logging in to Smart QR Merchant application.

Customers can claim for a VOID transaction only within 24 hours time frame.

In such cases, merchants need to provide physical refund/void transactions.
